Full time retriever training for hunting, hunt test or for a companion.
We offer a puppy program, which includes obedience, crate training, house breaking and most importantly- socialization. Puppy program is from 1 to 3 month long.
At 5-6 months old we will require your dog to stay with us for three months for basic training (collar conditioning, force fetch) Each dog progresses at its own pace, so it is possible he/she will get farther along than the basics.
We also offer a 6 month program to further progress your dog. The amount of time it takes for the advanced training can vary from dog to dog, depending on how advanced you would like your dog.
Our property consists of a 14 acre hay field with a 2 acre training pond with points and channels and also a shallow beach for pups/ young dogs. We have access to other properties and water.

What the Flock Kennels LLC, began in the spring of 2020.
I served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps and after leaving service, I started a 30 year career in Law Enforcement. During that time I started the agencies Bloodhound program and handled two hounds for 13 years. I have always had a passion for working dogs and waterfowl. I have been training my own dogs and client dogs for the last several years. I currently own 6 labs and 1 GSP.
I am a dedicated father to 4 kids and have an amazing wife.

At What the Flock Kennels LLC, all of our adult dogs hips and elbows are OFA'd and eyes CERF'd annually. All numbers are available upon request.
Puppies dew-claws are removed at 3-5 days old. First shots are at 6 weeks old. They will be wormed at least twice. They will be socialized very well with people as well as environmentally. Will introduce them to birds and water, weather permitting. We also give a 26 month written health guarantee on our pups. As well as 1 week to get the pup in to your vet for a wellness check.
A deposit is required to hold your new puppy until it is 7 weeks old. This deposit is only refundable if for some reason there is not a puppy for you. It is non-refundable if you change your mind.
All puppies will be microchipped before going to their new homes.
